Developing a new site? From the initial phase of gathering user requirements from your key stakeholders, to room specifications and the implementation of a resource management solution (if needed), I can develop your initial RFI (Request for Information) documentation in collaboration with relevant managers. Following submissions, the RFP will be compiled, and supplier interviews will be conducted. From here, the contract can be awarded in line with your procurement procedures, and then it is but a step to your final project completion.
